A Unique Approach to Investigating Claims Using Biomechanics & Ergonomics

With AF Group's Bill Luebke & Tony Torres

Bill Luebke is a Causation Manager in the ISU Department for the AF Group and has been employed with them for 10 years.  Prior to insurance, Bill worked in manufacturing, distribution, and fabrication as a Safety Director.  As a causation professional, Bill evaluates and provides reports about risk factors of specific repetitive motion injuries to assist claim representatives in making an informed decision regarding compensability of a reported injury.

Tony Torres is an Investigative Services Unit Specialist for AF Group.  He is assigned to CompWest Insurance Company and manages all SIU operations for all AF Group insurance brands operating in California. He has over 30 years of experience in investigating and managing insurance fraud investigations involving property/casualty, workers’ compensation, healthcare and disability and automobile insurance. Prior to joining AF Group, he worked as an investigator, supervisor and regional office captain for the California Department of Insurance, Fraud Division.
