WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations received before October 6 are fully refundable. Any cancellations made after that date will follow the schedule below:
October 6 – 3 weeks prior to the conference 50% refundable
October 13 – 2 weeks prior to the conference 25% refundable
After October 13 – no refund
Cancellations received after the start of the conference are not refundable. Registration is transferable if you are unable to attend the conference. Contact Klawrence@nicb.org to transfer registration.
ARE THE SESSIONS REPEATED DURING THE SECOND WEEK?
No, the conference will take place for just two hours a day over the course of six business days. Nine unique sessions will be offered. Attendees will enroll in the conference, and then register to attend some or all the sessions.
WHICH ONLINE MEETING PLATFORM WILL BE USED FOR THE CONFERENCE?
All sessions will take place on the GoToTraining platform.
WHEN IS THE LAST DAY I CAN REGISTER FOR THE WORKERS’ COMPENSATION FRAUD CONFERENCE?
Registration will remain open on a space-available basis through October 22, 2020.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR SESSIONS?
Yes, attendees will have to register for each session.
DO I PAY UPON REGISTRATION, OR WILL I BE INVOICED?
Payment is required at the time of registration.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
A majority of sessions are one hour in length. If the session is longer than one hour, it is noted.
