Cancellations received before October 3rd are fully refundable. Any cancellations made after that date will follow the schedule below: 
 

• 3 weeks prior to the conference 50% refundable 

• 2 weeks prior to the conference 25% refundable 

• After October 18th – no refund 

Cancellations received after the start of the conference are not refundable. Registration is transferable if you are unable to attend the conference. Contact Klawrence@nicb.org to transfer registration.
