Bill Hearrold is Assistant Vice President, Investigative Services at Travelers insurance. He has been part of the P&C Insurance anti-fraud industry since 1996, joining Travelers 17 years ago as a field investigator.  

Over his career he has held various investigative and leadership positions in organized fraud/major case, certified fire O&C investigations, data and analytics platform design, and multi-line investigative programs.   

In his current position, he has oversight of Traveler’s field investigative teams spanning the country. Mr. Hearrold holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology and criminal Justice with the FCLS designation from the American Educational Institute.
