Bill Luebke is a Causation Manager in the ISU Department for the AF Group and has been employed with them for 10 years.  Prior to insurance, Bill worked in manufacturing, distribution, and fabrication as a Safety Director.  As a causation professional, Bill evaluates and provides reports about risk factors of specific repetitive motion injuries to assist claim representatives in making an informed decision regarding compensability of a reported injury.

Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health in 2006 and has subsequently earned an ergonomics certificate through the graduate program at the same school. Bill holds the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, as well as the Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP). In addition to his professional certifications, Bill is a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
