*Please note: Georgia and Wyoming require a proctored examination, and Indiana requires an affidavit.

Need to complete state mandated anti-fraud

training hours?

In addition to the states requiring CE’s to maintain licensing, several other states (and the District of Columbia) require documented anti- fraud training (this is NICTA’s interpretation). All courses listed below satisfy this requirement for the following states: California (except for California’s new required anti-fraud course for agents and producers), Colorado, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Washington.

Special Instructions:

**Special Instructions for Florida: Florida requires students to agree to the Affidavit of Personal Responsibility. "I affirm, under penalty of perjury, that I personally completed the entire text of the self-study course. I also affirm, under penalty of perjury, that I completed the exam without assistance from any source. I understand that it is my responsibility to file or maintain my Certificate of Completion as required by any Department of Financial Services (DFS)." Credit will be reported to the Florida DFS by CEU Institute on behalf of NICTA within 21 days.

***Special Instructions for Louisiana: Louisiana requires a student to remain in the course for an amount of time that equals the number of CEs. For example, to get one CE hour the student must remain in the course material 50 minutes, for two CE hours – 100 minutes, etc. If a student takes the exam before the minimum amount of time has elapsed, CEs cannot be processed for that course in Louisiana.

****Special Instructions for Texas: Licensees may only take up to 50% of their required CE as a self-study course. The remaining 50% must be classroom, or classroom equivalent courses.

CE credit is being administered by CEU Institute.
