CE Credit
Requirements
To keep your license in good standing, you must take 24 hours of continuing education every two years. Three hours must be in ethics / consumer protection (if your license expired on or before August 31, 2022, you need only two hours of ethics).
At least 12 hours must be “classroom” or “classroom equivalent” courses.
You may not need to complete continuing education if you have been licensed in Texas for at least 20 years. To apply, go to Sircon and click on "Request CE Exemption."
Need classroom CE credits? NICTA offers Virtual FraudSmart webinars twice per week that qualify for classroom CEs. Check the NICTA calendar for upcoming sessions - please be sure to verify whether the session is approved for CEs in Texas prior to registering.
